Earthquake Pictures by Event
Mexico City Earthquake, September 19, 1985 |
Below you will find a series of
earthquake pictures from famous earthquake events that occurred in the past at various places around the
Globe. Each earthquake event has a page of information devoted to it that lists a series of pictures with
earthquake facts below each picture. Where needed, photographs will be subdivided into three individual
categories: aerial views, ground photos, and closeups. |
Each photograph will have a caption below
it, that will display information about the picture from the given earthquake event. I encourage visitors
to read each caption - I found that there were interesting things I would have missed seeing if not for the
caption being clear as to what is being displayed. |
